CRF

CRF founded in 1978, is now a research and innovation centre of STELLANTIS. The mission is to develop and transfer innovative products, processes and methodologies in order to improve the competitiveness of the products of STELLANTIS. Through the cooperation with a pan-European and increasingly global network of more than 1700 partners from Industry and academia, CRF conducts collaborative research initiatives at national and international levels in partnership with all the key public and private stakeholders concerned with Sustainable Mobility.

Vito Guido Lambertini

Vito has worked at CRF since 1994 contributing in the development of several automotive prototypes in the field of green & multifunctional polymers, composites, advanced surfaces smart materials. Vito is managing innovation materials projects for new vehicles development for polymers, metals and materials for electrification; he is following activities from pre-competitive research to final applications contributing in different EU projects and national project. Vito followed different EU proposals on lightweighting and green composites based on bio-based carbon fibers (GREENLIGHT, LIBRE) and bio-fibers (r-LIGHTBIOCOM).
